  The complex is very beautiful. The apartments are clean and well designed. The apartment I live in gets in a lot of natural light. The maintenance staff are very quick in responding. I put in a request (during office hours) which was addressed in less than 3 hours. My process of moving in was very smooth thanks to the super friendly and accommodating leasing manager. There is a small pond with paddle boats which you can rent for relaxing in the pond.

• Review of "Redux Realty" at Reston

  My husband happened to notice Redux Realty upgrading a home in our neighborhood and we called them after the terrific job they did on that property. We had two properties to sell and Chris Craddock and his exceptional team, which included Lena and Brian, walked me through the process of selling a home ‘as-is’ and renovating and selling a co-op. Chris, Lena, and Brian worked together so effortlessly and efficiently, they were able to complete both transactions seamlessly in less than 9 months! Chris has incredible knowledge of the Northern Virginia and D.C. area. He’s also very communicative and keeps you in the loop through every step. Lena was extremely helpful; she answered all of our questions while keeping everything organized; and Brian updated our co-op quickly and to our complete satisfaction, making it the best-looking place in the building. I HIGHLY recommend the folks at Redux Realty!

• Review of "Bright Horizons at Commerce Metro Center" at Reston

  This center is amazing! The teachers are really invested in every child's learning. I've had the opportunity to witness class a few times as well as seeing the daily report each day. There is a really strong curriculum that is taught through activity and play as appropriate for the age. The preschool team is the one I have had the most exposure to- my daughter and I both love them! I started my daughter here after experiencing a different center and the difference is extraordinary. At the other center, more often than not the stories I heard from her after picking her up were about who hit who, or who was yelling during storytime. The last time I picked her up from Bright Horizons, she told me that "there's no air on the moon so we need to wear helmets there"! She is learning so much, it's incredible. Also, their app! They have a custom app that allows for mid-day updates, advising of absences, and is a great way to get the daily report from the classroom. They are a great, caring bunch of people at a great center. Highly recommended!

• Review of "Liberty Mutual Insurance" at Reston

  I have been a Liberty Mutual customer for almost 20 years for both home and auto insurance. Last winter was one of the worst pot hole winters in the DC area. Unfortunately I hit a deep pot hole and had major damage to my vehicle. In fact there were over 19 vehicles who hit the same pot hole and were all sidelined with flashers on with flat tires, wheel damages, etc. Liberty Mutual did a good job with my claim and my car was fixed. To make the long story short, my annual premium jumped over $500+ this year and I asked the agent to explain the reason. The reason was one speeding ticket over a year ago and the pot hole incident, which was claimed it as an accident. Needless to say, they did not want to retract the pot hole incident as an accident and my premium would stay at the newly inflated rate. They did not want to work out any deals and unfortunately for them, they lost a long time customer. I guess one strike you are out of luck with this company (total opposite from their TV commercial). I am angry and extremely disappointed on how they handled this situation and I would strongly suggest taking a look at other insurance companies before you choose any insurance company. 09/11/15.
