  The complex is very beautiful. The apartments are clean and well designed. The apartment I live in gets in a lot of natural light. The maintenance staff are very quick in responding. I put in a request (during office hours) which was addressed in less than 3 hours. My process of moving in was very smooth thanks to the super friendly and accommodating leasing manager. There is a small pond with paddle boats which you can rent for relaxing in the pond.

  This is a beautiful community that is very well taken care of. The community manager, Adam, is always super helpful and really cares about those who live in the community! He has done a lot to make sure the residents are happy in his community and feel comfortable. Huge plus that it is across from a Trader Joe's too!

  The Best of the Best I can't thank you enough to the maintenance team at Avalon Reston Landing- Miguel, Chris and Johnny are the most efficient Maintenance staff I have ever seen. They always respond to any issues I have in no time, their attitude is always warm, friendly, efficient and professional. My dryer stopped working, they carried the new dryer to the top floor to replace immediately. They didn't mind missing their lunch break, they kept working till it is all done perfectly. Whenever they help me fix anything, they are always very cautious and careful, they always do a perfect job with the perfect attitude! I can't imagine how many tasks each day they have gotten from the apartment, but never seen them complain, always smiles! The way they perform makes me feel so blessed to live at Avalon Reston Landing because I know whenever I need a hand, Miguel, Chris and Johnny , the whole amazing Maintenance team has my back, they will show up right away to help me solve any problem I have on daily basis. Miguel, Chris , Johnny, you guys are the best of the best, I really appreciate everything you do for this community, without you guys, we would not have such a beautiful, safe , settled home in Reston! Big Thank you, Guys!
