  I've been working with RPM to manage my rental property for more than a year now. The peace of mind that I won't get a phone call about a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night is priceless. The Richey team has always been responsive to my requests, and they keep the tenants happy as well (they just extended their lease for another year). Their monthly rate is very reasonable...when I factor in the time that I save by not having to take time off work to visit the property, it pays for itself.

  RPM has been handling my property since it was purchased >10 years ago and they have been amazing partners. I rely on them for everything from Sage advice to handling emergencies. The office staff to a person is responsive and personable with excellent customer service. I live in another state and could not do it without them !! Highly recommend this company
